Archer enters his fourth season at UWSP after a seven-year stint as an assistant coach with Venne at UW-Oshkosh. There, he collaborated with the offensive coordinator and worked with the Titans’ offensive line. During his tenure at UWO, Archer helped the Titans set school records for points and rushing yards in a season. Archer coached seven All-American offensive linemen with UWO and the Titans played in the national title game.
Archer spent two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at UWO and two years as a varsity assistant coach for Avon High School in Indiana. He earned his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University in 2010 and a master's degree from UW-Oshkosh in 2014.
