2023: Ran in four meets…Logged a 21st-place finish at the Ken Weidt Classic (Sept. 9) to a time of 26:52.4…Finished 10th at the Blugold Invitational (Sept. 29) with a time of 26:51.4…Notched a season-best time at the Augustana Interregional (Oct. 14), placing 17th with a time of 26:36.8…Won the Red Hawk Open (Nov. 2) with a time of 26:50.3.

2022: Ran in four meets…Notched a 29th-place finish at the Tom Hoffman Invitational (Sept. 17) with a time of 29:36.4…At the Blugold Invitational (Sept. 30), posted season-best time of 27:34.2 to place 170th…At the 11th Annual Gene Davis Invitational (Oct. 8), raced to a 60th-place finish with a time of 28:15.2…At the Warhawk Open (Oct. 21), finished ninth with a time of 28:28.3.

2021: Ran in four meets…Opened career with a time of 28:38.35 at the Blugold Invite (Oct. 1) to place 214th…Had a season-best time of 27:45.8 at the Gene Davis Invite (Oct. 9) and placed 32nd…Finished 21st with a time of 28:17.7 at the Warhawks Open (Oct. 22)…Finished off the season at the Red Hawks Open with his best finish of the season of 17th with a time of  28:13.14.

High School: Seven-time letterwinner, four in cross country, three in track…First-team all-conference as a senior and honorable mention as a junior in cross country…Team captain and most valuable runner for cross country in 2019…State qualifier in cross country in 2019…All-city recipient in 2019 and 2017…State qualifier in track in 2018.
