Biography

2003: Notched hits in 20 of team's first 22 games, including a 14-game hitting streak to earn first-team All-WIAC honors. Went three-for-four in WIAC tournament opener against UW-Oshkosh and hit a two-run homer in postseason win over UW-La Crosse. Was three-for-five with three RBI's in regular season game at UW-La Crosse. Hit game-winning single in seventh inning of 5-4 win over Lipscomb. Had three-for-four performances in wins over UW-Platteville and UW-Whitewater. Went three-for-four with a homer and three RBI's against Rose-Hulman. Hit two-run homer in 3-3 tie with St. Thomas. Played second game of the season at third base and all the others at designated hitter. 

2002: Had at least two hits in four of five regional games to earn All-Midwest Regional honors...Went three-for-five with and homer and four RBI's in title-clinching win at UW-Whitewater...Had hits in 16 of last 19 games and led team with a .381 batting average... 

2001: Suffered injury after four games and took medical redshirt. 

2000: Led team with .439 average...Hit first home run in WIAC tournament final against UW-La Crosse. Had ninth inning single to beat UW-Oshkosh 15-14 in WIAC semifinal.

Before UWSP: Named All-Conference and All-District as a junior and senior. Earned All-State senior year. Holds six school records.

Personal: Born 12/11/80...Elementary Education major. Dean's List student. High school coach Dave Pronold.
