After four seasons in a Pointer uniform, Mike Thrun is in his second season as an assistant coach. 

A four-year letterwinner for the Pointers, Thrun ended his career with 15 wins in 44 career appearances, logging 187.2 innings and 132 strikeouts. 

A former Franklin High School all-conference player, Mike is majoring in Physical Education with a minor in Coaching.
