2019 Outdoor: Ran a season-best time in the 3000-meter run with a time of 10:10.07 at the Phil Esten Challenge at UW-La Crosse (Apr. 18-19)…Ran a season-best time in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:24.66 at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Apr. 13).
 
2019 Indoor: Earned an eighth-place finish in the mile with a time of 4:36.29 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 25-26)…Ran a season-best time of 16:17.94 in the 5000-meter run at the Pointer Final Qualifier earning 13th place (Mar. 2).

High School: Second team all-conference selection senior year.
