High School: As a junior in 2011, won the pole vault at the WIAA State Championships by clearing 14-6...finished third at the state meet, clearing 15-3 as a senior...two-time Wisconsin Valley Conference champion in the event...four-year varsity letter winner...also a two-time varsity letter winner in football
