2022 Outdoor: Placed second in the shot put with a throw of 14.35 meters (47’ 1”) at the St. Norbert Quad (Apr. 30)…Had a personal-best javelin throw of 51.45 meters (168’ 9”) to finish fourth at the WIAC Championship (May 6-7)…Recorded a career-best discus throw of 40.45 meters (132’ 8”) to finish in ninth place at the Phil Esten Challenge (Apr. 21-23)…Threw a career-best 49.33 meter hammer throw to finish 17th at the Augustana College Twilight (May 19).

2022 Indoor: Finished third in the shot put with a throw of 14.08 meters (46” 2.5”) at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 22)…Recorded a personal-best shot put throw of 14.87 meter (48’ 9.5”) to finish fourth at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 12)…Had a personal-best weight throw of 14.30 meters (46’ 11”) to finish 19th at the UWO Titan Challenge (Feb. 19)…Finished in ninth place in the shot put with a throw of 14.29 meters (46’ 10.75”) at the WIAC Championship (Feb. 25-26).
