2023 Outdoor: Won the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:18.03 at the St. Francis Fighting Chance Invite (May 12-13)…Took 13th in the 400-meter dash with a time of 49.91 at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 5-6)…Earned a personal-best time of 49.75 in the 400-meter dash at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative (April 28)…Took seventh in the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.19 at the Phil Esten Challenge (April 21-22)…Placed fifth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:22.26 and 13th in the 400-meter dash with a time of 50.80 at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 14)…Placed sixth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:39.64 and seventh in the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.04 at the Rex Foster Twilight Invite (April 7)…Ran to a personal-best time of 22.86 in the 200-meter dash to place fifth at the UW-Platteville Opener (April 1).

2022 Outdoor: Won the 400-meter dash with a time of 52.48 at the St. Norbert Quad (Apr. 30)…Clocked a personal-best time of 51.56 in the 400-meter dash at the Phil Esten Challenge (Apr. 21-23)…Ran a leg in the 4x400-meter relay that finished fifth with a time of 3:21.80 at the WIAC Championship (May 6-7).
2022 Indoor: Clocked a career-best time of 23.82 in the 200-meter dash to finish 17th at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 5)…Ran a leg in the 4x400-meter relay that finished 2nd with a time of 3:36.43 at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 5)…Finished 12th at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 22) in the 200-meter dash with a time of 24.18.
High School: Top 20 relay team in the state of Wisconsin in 2019 for the 800-meter and the 1600-meter…Team won the sectional, regional, and conference championship three years in a row…Ran in the 800-meter and 1600-meter relay teams at state in 2019.
