2022 Outdoor: Took 18th place in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:20.54 at the UW-Platteville Opener (Apr. 2).

2022 Indoor: Finished in eighth place in the mile with a time of 4;44.23 at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 5)…Recorded a career-best time of 16:39.38 in the 5000-meter run at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 12)…Ran a personal-best time of 9:12.51 in the 3000-meter run to finish 23rd at the UWO Titan Challenge (Feb. 19).

2021 Outdoor: Placed third in the 1500-meter race with a career-best time of 4:15.16 at the Warhawk Invitational and Multi (April 16-17)…Clocked a personal-best time of 16:59.65 in the 5000-meter race finishing fifth at the UW-Platteville Border Battle (April 30).
 
2021 Indoor: Finished in fifth place in the 400-meter race with a career-best time of 54.72 at the Point-Platteville Dual #2 (Feb. 20)…Clocked a personal-best time of 2:03.85 in the 800-meter race at the Point-Platteville Dual, good for a 10th-place finish (Feb. 13)…Recorded a career-best time of 4:42.69 in the mile finishing 15th at the Point-Eau Claire Dual (Feb. 6)…Was on the 4x400 relay team that finished first with a time of 3:36.55 at the Point-Platteville Dual #2 (Feb. 20).
