2023 Outdoor: Won the 3000-meter run with a time of 10:22.86 at the St. Norbert Invitational (April 29).
2023 Indoor: Took 12th in the 3000-meter run with a personal-best time of 9:18.99 at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 11)…Placed 23rd in the mile run with a time of 4:40.32 at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 4)…Finished 17th in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:04.30 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 27-28).
2022 Outdoor: Took second place in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:15.06 at the St. Norbert Quad (Apr. 30)…Ran a personal-best time of 4:19.27 in the 1500-meter run to finish 15th at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Apr. 15)…Clocked a career-best time of 10:08.28 in the 3000-meter steeplechase to finish 21st at the WIAC Championship (May 6-7).
2022 Indoor: Was on the distance medley relay team that finished second place with a time of 10:48.47 at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 5)…Recorded a personal-best time of 4:31.15 in the mile to finish 24th at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 5).
2021 Outdoor: Finished in fifth place in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a personal-best time of 10:33.35 at the UW-Platteville Border Battle (April 30)…Placed eighth in the 800-meter run with a career-best time of 2:00.62 at the Warhawk Invitational and Multi (April 16-17)…Clocked a personal-best time of 4:26.41 in the 1500-meter race at the Carroll Alumni Invitational (March 27).
