2023 Outdoor: Ran a leg in the 4x400-meter relay which placed fifth with a time of 4:17.39 and finished 10th in the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:32.29 at the Eagle Open (May 12)…Finished fifth in the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:25.77 at the St. Norbert Invitational (April 29)…Earned a 10th-place finish in the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:27.68 at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 14)…Placed 20th in the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:30.04 at the UW-Platteville Opener (April 1).

2023 Indoor: Logged a personal-best time of 5:47.40 in the mile run to finish 19th at the UW-Oshkosh “Titan Challenge” (Feb. 18)…Took 10th in the mile run with a time of 5:52.70 at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 4)…Placed 22nd in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:42.61 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 27-28).

2022 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2022 Indoor: Finished in 17th place in the mile with a time of 6:16.20 at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 5)…Placed 24th in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:46.84 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 28-29).

2021 Outdoor: Recorded a personal-best time of 13:02.10 in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the WIAC Outdoor Championships, good for a 16th-place finish (May 7-8)…Clocked a career-best time of 5:23.02 in the 1500-meter race, finishing in 11th place at the UW-Platteville Border Battle (April 30).

2021 Indoor: Won the mile with a time of 6:08.93 at the Point-Lax Dual (Feb. 27)…Clocked a personal-best time of 5:54.67 in the mile at the Point-Platteville Dual #2, finishing seventh (Feb. 20)…Recorded a personal-best time of 2:41.33 in the 800-meter race at the Point-Platteville #1, finishing in 12th place (Feb. 13).

High School: Four-year letterwinner…First-team all-conference as a junior…Honorable mention all-conference selection freshman year…Led team to three regional championships.
