Outdoor All-Region - 3000-Meter Steeplechase (2022)

2022 Outdoor: Finished in fourth place in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a personal-best time of 11:15.75 at the WIAC Championship (May 6-7)…Placed fifth in the 1500-meter race with a career-best time of 4:43.79 at the Phil Esten Challenge (Apr. 21-23)…Won the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:35.88 at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Apr. 15)…Ran a leg in the 4x400 relay that finished in second place with a time of 3:57.21 at the WIAC Championship (May 6-7).

2022 Indoor: Did not compete

2021 Outdoor: Ran the 800-meter race at four meets, winning the event at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative with a time of 2:15.29 (April 23-24)…Ran a leg of the 4x400 team that won the event at the Warhawk Invitational and Multi (April 16-17) with a time of 3:59.73 and at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative with a time of 4:02.77 (April 23-24)…Won the 1500-meter race with a time of 4:55.21 at the Carroll Alumni Invitational (March 27)…Finished in third place in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a personal-best time of 12:35.20 at the NCAA Final Qualifier at UW-La Crosse (May 19-20).

2021 Indoor: Was named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Indoor Team…Won the 400-meter relay with a career-best time of 1:00.45 at the Point-Platteville Dual #2 (Feb. 20)…Won the 800-meter race with a season-best time of 2:17.69 at the Point-Lax Dual (Feb. 27)…Finished in fifth place in the mile with a time of 5:23.91 at the Point-Eau Claire Dual (Feb. 6)…Was on the 4x400 team that took second place with a time of 4:03.73 at the Point-Lax Dual and that took second place with a time of 4:09.89 at the Point-Platteville Dual #2 (Feb. 20).

2020 Indoor: Won the 400-meter dash at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 8) with a time of 1:00.54…Ran a leg of the winning 4x400-meter relay team at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 8) with a time of 4:07.32…Competed in the 800-meter run at four meets with a season-best time of 2:17.72 at the WIAC Championships (Feb. 28-29) to place sixth.
 
2019 Outdoor: Took second place in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:52.12 at the St. Norbert College Invite(March 30)…Finished second in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:17.61 at the Ashton May Invite (April 6)…Participated in the 4x400-meter relay that earned a time of 3:56.27 for a first-place finish at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 3).
 
2019 Indoor: Won the 800-meter run with a time of 2:16.62 at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 22)…Took sixth place in the mile run at the Whitewater Multi with a time of 5:22.61 (Jan. 25)…Finished first in the 600-meter run with a time of 1:38.78 at the Pointer Alumni Meet (Jan. 12).
 
2018 Outdoor: Won the 800-meter run with a time of 2:18.85 at the Wheaton Invitational (April 7)…Participated in the 4x800-meter relay that earned a time of 9:19.54 for a seventh-place finish at the Drake Relays (April 25-28). 
 
2018 Indoor: Won the 800-meter run with a time of 2:22.58 in a conference tri-meet with UW-Platteville and Eau Claire (Jan. 20)…Participated in the 4x400-meter relay team that won with a time of 4:00.86 at the Whitewater Multi(Jan. 26-27).
