2020 Indoor: Competed in the 3000-meter run at four meets, including a career-best time of 8:50.01 at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge (Feb. 22) to take third…Ran a leg of the distance medley relay team that finished fourth at the WIAC Championships (Feb. 28-29) with a time of 10:33.51…Posted a fourth-place finish in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:59.13 at the Pointer Final Qualifier (Mar. 7).
 
2019 Outdoor: Won in the 3000-meter run with a time of 9:19.11 at the NCAA Final Qualifier at UW-La Crosse (May 16)…Took first place with a career-best time of 1:58.32 in the 800-meter run at the St. Norbert Quad (Apr. 26-27).
 
2019 Indoor: Ran a career-best time of 9:00.01 in the 3000-meter run earning fourth place at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan.26-27)…Got eighth place with a career-best time of 4:27.01 in the mile run at the Midwest Elite Invitational (Feb. 10).
 
2018 Outdoor: Finished in third place with a time of 9:36.79 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the WIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 4-5)…Ran a time of 4:06.39 for the fourth-place finish in the 1,500-meter run at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 12). 
 
2018 Indoor: Finished in sixth place with a time of 10:29.63 as a team in the distance medley relay for a WIAC Indoor Track and Field Championship (Feb. 22-23)…Earned a time of 4:27.01 for an eighth-place finish in the mile at the Midwest Elite Invitational (Feb. 10)…Finished in fourth place with a time of 9:00.01 in the 3,000-meter run at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 26-27).
