2020 Indoor: Posted a season-best time of 4:31.18 in the mile run at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 8) to place sixth…Clocked a season-best 9:09.31 in the 3000-meter run at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 31-Feb. 1), good for 18th…Ran the 800-meter at the Pointer Final Qualifier with a time of 2:03.79 to finish 10th.
2019 Outdoor: Placed second in the 1500-meter run with a career-best time of 4:04.52 at the St. Norbert Quad (Apr. 26-27)…Earned a second-place finish in the 3000-meter run with a time of 9:27.44 at the Phil Esten Challenge at UW-La Crosse (Apr. 18-19).
2019 Indoor: Earned a first-place finish in the mile run with a career-best time of 4:19.03 at the Pointer Final Qualifier (Mar. 2)…Ran a season-best of 8:48.61 to earn a third-place finish in the 3000-meter run at the Titan Challenge (Feb. 16)…Ran a 1:59.77 in the 800-meer run to earn a sixth-place finish at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 17).
2018 Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 9:49.38 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 21)…Clocked in a season-best time of 4:08.64 in the 1,500-meter run for a sixth-place finish at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 12).
