2022 Outdoor: Finished 13th in the 10,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 39:29.49 at the WIAC Outdoor Championship (May 6-7)…Placed 13th in the 1500-meter race with a career-best time of 5:08.88 at the Rex Foster Twilight (Apr. 10)…Took sixth place in the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:09.51 at the UW-Platteville Opener (Apr. 2).
2022 Indoor: Placed 12th in the 3000-meter run with a career-best time of 10:38.45 at the WIAC Championship (Feb. 25-26)…Took second place in the 3000-meter run with a time of 10:40.51 at the UWO Titan Challenge (Feb. 19)…Clocked a personal-best time of 18:31.09 in the 5000-meter race to finish 17th at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 12)…Finished 11th in the 5000-meter run with a time of 18:54.55 at the WIAC Championship (Feb. 25-26).
2021 Outdoor: Clocked a career-best time of 5:17.45 in the 1500-meter race finishing 22nd at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative (April 23-24)…Had a season-best time of 19:08.47 in the 5000-meter race finishing 12 at the WIAC Championship (May 7-8)…Won the 5000-meter race with a time of 19:36.34 at the UW-Platteville Border (April 30).
2021 Indoor: Recorded a personal-best time of 18:55.47 in the 5000-meter race finishing in 13th place at the Point-La Crosse Dual/Multi (Feb. 24-27)…Was a part of the 4x400 team that finished fifth with a time of 4:42.17 at the Point-Eau Claire Dual (Feb. 6)…Ran a leg of the distance medley relay that finished fifth with a time of 13:06.11 at the WIAC Last Chance Meet (March 6).
2020 Indoor: Posted a season-best time of 5:25.60 in the mile run at the Pointer Final Qualifier (Mar. 7) to take sixth…Ran a leg of the distance medley relay that placed fifth at the WIAC Championships (Feb. 28-29) with a time of 12:33.88…Recorded a season-best time of 10:42.03 in the 3000-meter run at the Midwest Elite Invitational (Feb. 15), good for sixth place.
