2023 Outdoor: Took 12th in the 300-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:58.80 and 17th in the 1500-meter run clocking a time of 5:08.33 at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 5-6)…Won the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:03.26 at the St. Norbert Invitational (April 29)…Finished second in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:38.22 at the Phil Esten Challenge (April 21-22)…Placed second in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 12:44.86 at the UW-Platteville Opener (April 1).

2023 Indoor: Took second in the DMR with a time of 12:20.85 and 15th in the 3000-meter run with a time of 10:46.71 at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25)…Logged a personal-best time of 10:25.79 in the 300-meter run at the UW-Oshkosh “Titan Challenge” (Feb. 18)…Finished eighth in the mile run with a time of 5:13.46 at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 11)…Won the 800-meter run with a time of 2:23.70 at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 4).

2022 Outdoor: Won the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:37.19 at the UW-Platteville Opener (Apr. 2)…Finished in third place in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:50.83 at the Rex Foster Twilight (Apr. 10)…Placed fifth in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:23.74 at the WIAC Championships (May 6-7).

2022 Indoor: Did not participate.

2021 Outdoor: Placed second in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a personal-best time of 10:55.83 at the NCC Dr. Keeler Meet (May 13-17)…Finished in second place in the 1500-meter race with a time of 4:43.76 at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 7-8)…Won the 800-meter race with a career-best time of 2:23.35 at the Carroll Alumni Meet (March 27)…Clocked a personal-best time of 4:43.30 to win the 1500-meter race at the UW-Platteville Border Battle (April 30)…Finished 13th in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:26.07 at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships (May 27-29).

2021 Indoor: Finished in third place in the mile with a career-best time of 5:11.48 at the WIAC Last Chance Meet (March 6)…Won the 5000-meter race with a time of 18:57.51 at the Point-Platteville Dual #1 (Feb. 13)…Clocked a career-best time of 18:52.28 in the 5000-meter run at the Point-La Crosse Dual/Multi (Feb. 24-27).

2020 Indoor: Competed in the mile run at three meets with a season-best finish in a time of 5:46.70 and a 10th-place finish at the Pointer Final Qualifier (Mar. 7)…Ran the 3000-meter run twice with a career-best time of 11:05.48 at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge (Feb. 22), good for 14th.
 
2019 Outdoor: Ran a time of 12:26.52 in the 3000-meter steeplechase for a 15th-place finish at the WIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 3)…Earned a fourth-place finish in the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:14.67 at the Platteville Invite(April 13)…Finished 11th in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:38.69 at the St. Norbert College Invite(March 30).
 
2019 Indoor: Locked in a time of 2:33.31 for a fifth-place finish in the 800-meter run at the Pointer Invite (Feb. 2)…Ran a time of 5:37.87 in the mile run for a 13th-place finish at the Whitewater Multi(Jan. 25)…Finished sixth in the 3000-meter run with a time of 11:48.10 at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 19).
