2019 Outdoor: Earned a second-place finish with a career-best time of 15:00.63 in the 5000-meter run at the WIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 4)…Took fifth place in the distance medley relay with the time of 10:14.33 at Drake Relays (Apr. 27).
2019 Indoor: All-American honors in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:03.21 earning a fifth-place finish at the NCAA Division III Track and Field Championships (Mar. 8-9)…Won the distance medley relay with a time of 10:08.20 at the Pointer Final Qualifier (Mar. 2)…Earned fifth place with a time of 10:03.21 in the distance medley relay at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships (Mar. 9)…Ran a career-best time of 8:32.04 in the 3000-meter run earning fourth place at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb 23).

2018 Indoor: Ran to a third-place finish with a time of 4:20.24 in the mile run at the Pointer Final Qualifier (March 3)…Locked in a time of 8:41.10 for a fifth-place finish in the 3,000-meter run at the WIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 22-23)…Earned a runner-up position with a time of 14:59.48 in the 5,000-meter run at the Midwest Elite Invitational (Feb. 10).
2017 Outdoor: Ran a time of 15:15.70, in the 5000-meter run, good for ninth, at the WIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 5-6)…Earned a second-place finish in the 5000-meter run, with a time of 15:23.21 at the Carroll Pioneer Invitational (April 1)…Competed in the 1500-meter earning a time of 4:00.77, good for 13th, at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 21-22).
2017 Indoor: Finished in second-place in the mile with a time of 4:20.52 at the UW-Oshkosh Quadrangular (Feb. 11)…Ran a fifth-place finish in the 3000-meter run with a time of 8:50.84 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational & Multi-Event (Jan. 27-28).
High School: Graduated in 2016 from IHSA Class A Johnsburg High School where he participated on the track & field team…Was a seven-time State Tournament qualifier, five-time State Tournament medalist, and a two-time second-place finisher at State Tournaments
