2020 Indoor: Won the pentathlon at the Warhawk Classic Invitational (Jan. 31-Feb. 1) with a career-best score of 3594 winning four of the five events…Took first in the 60-meter hurdles at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 25) with a time of 9.20…Posted a distance of 5.27 meters (17’ 3.5”) in the long jump at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 25), good for third.
2019 Outdoor: Collected heptathlon All-American honors at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 24) finishing in fourth with a score of 4876, best events being 100-meter hurdles (1st) and the high jump (1st)…Finished first in the high jump with a leap of 1.67 meters (5’5.75”) at the WIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 3)…Placed second in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.52 at the La Crosse Qualifier at UW-La Crosse (May 16)…Locked in a time of 14.37 in the 100-meter hurdles, good for a 10th-place finish at the NCAA Division III Championships (May 23).
2019 Indoor: Earned All-American status in the heptathlon with a score of 3549 good for a fourth-place finish at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championship (March 8)…Finished third in the high jump with a leap of 1.68 meters (5’6”) at the NCAA Division III Championships (March 8)…Took first in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.01 at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 22)…Placed first in the pentathlon with a score of 3572 at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 22), best events in the 60-meter hurdles (1st) and the high jump (1st).
2018 Outdoor: Earned a ninth-place finish with a score of 4,397 in the heptathlon at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships, best events in the high jump (1st), 100-meter hurdles (8th) and long jump (8th)…Earned a third-place finish in the high jump clearing the bar at a height of 1.57 meters (5’ 1.75”) at the WIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 4-5)…Won the heptathlon with a score of 4,462 at the NCC Gregory Final Qualifier (May 16), best events in the shot put (1st), 100-meter hurdles (2nd), high jump (2nd) and long jump (2nd)…Placed seventh in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 16.43 at the Wheaton Invitational (April 7).
2018 Indoor: Earned a 15th-place finish with a score of 2,994 at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships (March 9-10), best event was the shot put (5th)…Earned a runner-up position with a score of 3,332 in the heptathlon at the Wartburg Qualifier (March 2-3), best events were the long jump (1st), 60-meter hurdles (2nd), high jump (2nd) and shot put (2nd)…Hurdled to a time of 9.71 for a fifth-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles at the Pointer Invite (Feb. 3).
2017 Outdoor: Earned a 22nd-place finish in the heptathlon, with a final score of 3,861, at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships, best events were in the high jump and long jump…Threw a distance of 25.90 meters (85’ 0”), good for 25th, in the javelin throw at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 13-14)
2017 Indoor: All-American award in the pentathlon with a final score of 3285; best event was the long jump with a distance of 5.23 meters (17’ 2”) earning a third-place finish…Won a conference championship in the pentathlon with a score of 3394 at the WIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 24-25), a pair of first-place finishes in the 60-meter hurdles and high jump…Earned a second-place finish in the long jump with a distance of 5.43 meters (17’ 9.75”) at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 18)
