2020 Indoor: Placed eighth with a career-best time of 19:05.38 in the 5000-meter run at the WIAC Championships (Feb. 28-29)…Won the 3000-meter run at the Pointer Final Qualifier (Mar. 7) with a season-best time of 11:20.83…Ran a leg of the distance medley relay that finished second at the Bog Dawg Invitational (Feb. 8) with a time of 13:31.01.
2019 Outdoor: Finished in fourth place in the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:17.26 at the St. Norbert College Invite(April 26)…Ran a time of 43:10.18 for a 20th-place finish in the 10,000-meter run at the WIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship (May 3).
2019 Indoor: Won the 3000-meter run with a time of 11:17.68 at the Pointer Final Qualifier (March 2)…Took fifth place in the mile run with a time of 5:38.53 at the Pointer Invite(Feb. 2)…Ran a time of 19:44.05 in the 5000-meter run finishing 16th-place at the WIAC Indoor Championship (Feb. 22).
