KENOSHA, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point men's wrestling team got a 40-3 win at Carthage on Friday.
 
Easton Hull (Waupun, Wis./Waupun) and Jack Callen (Portage, Wis./Portage) earned wins by fall. Riese Thornberry (Germantown, Wis./Germantown), Caden Young (Clintonville, Wis./Shawano Community) and Logan Neitzel (Lomira, Wis./Lomira) got wins by tech fall. Carson Trotzer (Weston, Wis./D.C. Everest) won by major decision.
 
Luca Paladino (Oak Creek, Wis./Oak Creek), George Ahles (Mosinee, Wis./Mosinee) and Maddox Rye (Wausau, Wis./Wausau East) got 5-3, 6-5 and 4-0 decision wins, respectively.
 
The Pointers are back at it on Saturday (Jan. 17) at the Al Hanke Invitational beginning at 9:00 a.m.
