STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The UW-Stevens Point women's hockey team (8-5-0) dropped its final game in 2025 to visiting Concordia (Wis.) (11-1-0) by a 4-0 final.

Anne Beck (Grandville, Mich./Grandville) held the visiting Falcons without a goal until the 1:07 mark of the second period as CUW notched its first power-play goal of the game. Beck held the score at 1-0 through the second period making 28 of her 37 saves through two periods.
The Falcons got three goals in the third period, the first just 22 seconds in. At 13:04, CUW got its second power-play goal to make it 4-0.
Avery Engbrecht (Winona, Minn./Winona) and
Alyssa Yokom (Hermantown, Minn./Hermantown) had four shots on goal apiece to lead the UWSP offense. CUW goaltender Gretchen Paaverud made 19 saves in the win.
The Pointers return to action on Jan. 2 with a 2:00 p.m. home game against Saint Mary's.
