MEQUON, Wis. – The No. 13 UW-Stevens Point men's hockey team (6-3-0) scored twice on the power play in a 2-1 win at Concordia (Wis.) (1-6-1) in the first game of the weekend home-and-home series.

Senior Carter Roo (Champlin, Minn.) opened the scoring at 4:24 of the first period as UWSP took advantage of their first power-play opportunity.  Cody Moline (North Branch, Minn.) picked up an assist on the goal.

The Falcons got on the board in the final minute of the second period with a power-play goal of their own.  Neither team scored in the third.
