Jenkins is in his second season on the UW-Stevens Point football coaching staff and works with the tight ends.
In his four-year football career at UW-Stevens Point, Jenkins was a three-time All-WIAC wide receiver and was also an All-American punter. In four years, he totaled 273 receptions for 3,632 yards and 34 touchdowns and also averaged 43.3 yards per punt.
He was also a three-year basketball standout at UWSP. Jenkins was an All-WIAC selection in 2010, was a member of the 2010 national championship team and was named to the All-Tournament team at the 2010 Final Four.
Jenkins graduated from UW-Stevens Point in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in communication.
