Gamillo scored nine of her career-high 14 points in the second half to spark UW-Stevens Point to a 54-47 win over No. 11 UW-Oshkosh on Saturday afternoon at Berg Gym. The sophomore scored five points during an 14-2 UWSP run to turn a four-point deficit into an eight-point lead in the second half. Gamillo finished the game 6-for-9 from the field, including 2-for-2 from behind the arc, in a career-high 26 minutes. Earlier in the week, she had five points and three rebounds in a loss at UW-Platteville. For the week, Gamillo averaged 9.5 points and 2.5 rebounds a game on 43.8 percent shooting.
