Lester had a six-point opening weekend for seventh-ranked UW-Stevens Point in a sweep of St. Olaf this weekend. The junior registered the first hat trick of her career in a span of 7:10 in the first period on Friday night and also picked up an assist in the period, as the Pointers won 7-1. On Saturday night, Lester scored a shorthanded goal and assisted on another goal in a 5-1 victory. Her four goals this weekend came on just seven shots.
