Nick Graves, sophomore (Hewitt, Wis., / Ashwaubenon), led the Pointers to their first two wins of the season both coming against 11th ranked St. Scholastica.  On Friday Graves faced 26 shots and turned away 25 en route to a 7-1 Pointer win.  On Saturday Graves notched 36 saves in 39 shots.  In the third period with the Pointers clinging to a one goal lead, Graves hung tough through two Saints’ power-play opportunities and didn’t allow another goal to secure the Pointer win.
