Playing in the final regular season game of 2010, goal keeper Liz Hunter, senior (Stevens Point, Wis., / SPASH), had a season high in saves with eight.  Facing a tough opponent, conference rival UW-Eau Claire, Hunter kept the Poitners in the game through the scoreless regulation game and then an additional scoreless overtime period.  For the season Hunter has tallied 12 shut-outs and has only allowed seven goals in almost 1,500 minutes of play.  Hunter also finishes the regular season as the conference’s best goaltender with a .923 save percentage.
