Heuer helped lead a balanced attack as top-ranked UW-Stevens Point topped UW-Platteville and UW-River Falls this week. On Saturday at UW-River Falls, the senior recorded the first double-double of his UWSP career, finishing with 15 points and 11 rebounds, six on the offensive glass. He was 5-for-9 from the field, including a three-pointer, and 4-for-4 from the foul line. Four of his 15 points came in the closing minutes to tie the score and give the Pointers the lead. On Wednesday, Heuer scored 11 points on 3-for-6 shooting, including a three-pointer, and made 4-of-5 free throws. For the week, Heuer shot 53 percent from the field from the field, 67 percent from three (2-for-3) and 89 percent from the foul line for an average of 13 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.5 steals and one block per game.
