Gibson tallied a pair of two-point games this weekend as third-ranked UW-Stevens Point split two games at UW-Stout. In Friday night’s 6-2 UWSP win, Gibson assisted on the opening goal and scored the eventual game-winner late in the second period. On Saturday night, Gibson again assisted on UW-Stevens Point’s first goal and scored its second on the power play. The junior has tallied at least one point in his last eight games and has 12 points over that stretch.
