Martin won the weight throw this past weekend at the Pointer Open setting a new PR and school record of 17.04.  Her mark was over 1.5 meters ahead of the next best mark in the competition.  Martin’s mark currently ranks her fourth in D-III NCAA.  She also finished in third in the shot put with a mark of 11.47.
