Salmen scored four goals this weekend as No. 5 UW-Stevens Point split a series with No. 8/9 Gustavus Adolphus. In Friday night’s 5-2 win, Salmen broke a 2-2 tie through two periods with a third-period hat trick. Her three goals came in a span of 11:24. She also scored the lone goal for the Pointers on Saturday. The senior currently leads the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) in goals (12) and is third in points (18).
