Salmen came up big for No. 6 UW-Stevens Point in the first of two wins this week. On Friday, the Pointers trailed 2-0 early against St. Thomas but Salmen scored the game-tying and game-winning goals in a 3-2 UWSP comeback win. Salmen scored at 10:47 and 13:52 of the third period, as UW-Stevens Point picked up the one-goal win.
