In a weekend series against No. 6 UW-Superior, Salmen assisted on the game-winning goal of the first game and was +2 for the series as No. 7 UW-Stevens Point split with the Yellowjackets. The Pointers picked up their third straight win against ranked teams in the opener with a 2-1 win, as Salmen assisted Kendall Nelson’s winner at 5:18 of the third period.
