Brunkhorst had an outstanding hitting week for No. 21 UW-Stevens Point, as the Pointers put together a 3-0 week to stretch their winning streak to 18 matches. For the week, the sophomore had 48 kills, 20 total blocks and hit .488. In a five-set win at Edgewood on Tuesday, Brunkhorst had a season-high 26 kills on 49 attempts and also contributed seven blocks. In a win over St. Catherine on Saturday, she hit .619 and tallied 14 kills and eight blocks.
