Giordana’s timely shots and leadership lead the Pointers to a perfect 2-0 record on the week. In a home victory versus UW-Whitewater, the Senior guard shot 75 percent from behind the arc (3-for-4) including a game-tying three with 6:01 to play.  On Saturday against UW-Superior, Jordan lead all scorers with 20 points on a 6-for-8 shooting effort (75 percent) including 4-for-6 (67 percent) from three and a perfect 4-for-4 from the charity stripe. Giordana also grabbed two offensive rebounds that were huge momentum plays as the Yellow Jackets were making a push. On the week he averaged 14.5 points per game, shot 69 percent from the field (9-for-13), 70 percent from behind the arc (7-for-10) and was perfect from the free throw ling. Giordana also averaged 2.5 rebounds and handed out one assist in each contest.
