University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point Athletics

Forward Kirsti Nickels, sophomore (Appleton, Wis./Appleton East), came of the bench and recorded a hat trick at UW-Superior.  Midway through the first half Nickels scored an unassisted goal to put the Pointers up 3-0.  Two minutes later Nickels assisted on the fourth goal of the game.  In the 73 minute Nickels notched her second goal of the game and less than four minutes later Nickels again found the back of the net.  For the game Nickels had seven shots, three goals and an assist.
