Heck tallied three goals on Friday evening as he powered the UWSP men’s hockey team past defending national champion and No. 1 ranked St. Norbert College in the NCHA opener.  The sophomore forward struck at the 7:06 mark of the opening period and then added another at the 14:08 mark to give UWSP the early 2-0 edge.  In the third, Heck completed his hat trick with another even strength goal with 1:26 remaining.
