University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point Athletics

Rachel Brown, freshman (Neenah, Wis./St. Mary’s Central), playing the number one singles match began the week with a 6-4, 6-4 win against Lawrence University.  Helping the Pointers earn their first conference team win, Brown defeated Allie Hinman of UW-Stout in straight sets 7-5, 6-4.  Brown completed an undefeated week with a 6-0, 6-3 win at Beloit College.  On the season Brown is 4-2 and on a three match winning streak.
