Cody Koback, junior (Plover, Wis., / SPASH) batted .667 over six Pointer wins this past week.  Hosting UW-Oshkosh, Koback started the week with a 3-4 performance in game one of a doubleheader.  In the second game Koback pitched a complete game, with eight strike-outs and was 2-4 at the plate.  Over the weekend in a four game series at UW-Platteville, Koback started out 2-4 with his fourth homerun of the season.  In game two Koback was again 2-4 with four RBI’s.  On Sunday during game three Koback was 3-4, just a homerun short of the cycle.  To finish the week, in game four Koback hit a single to right center and later scored to give the Pointers a 3-2 extra innings win and sweep the four game series.  For the season Koback is batting .410 with seven triples and also has 42 strikeouts as a pitcher.
