Sean Gerber, sophomore, (Stoughton, Wis., / Stoughton), extended his hitting streak to seven games this past week while batting .471.  Gerber started the week with a 3-4 performance with three singles against UW-Oshkosh in the first game a doubleheader and a 10-2 Pointer win.  In the second game Gerber was 2-4 with a double to right field and a single in the eighth inning.  To finish the week Gerber hit a solo homerun in the first game of a four game series at UW-La Crosse.  In game two Gerber had two singles and an RBI in the Pointer win.  For the season Gerber leads the team in batting with an average of .417.
