Baumann hit .435 with a 1.130 slugging percentage over UWSP’s six games last week. He hit a home run on all four days of action. His first home run was a solo shot in the ninth inning against Ripon on Tuesday, one of his two hits. On Wednesday, he clubbed a grand slam in a 10-run inning in a win over St. Norbert in the home finale. He homered again in game one at UW-Whitewater on Friday. In Saturday’s sweep of UWW, he collected six hits and hit another home run while driving in five. For the week, he led the team with 13 RBI, four home runs, nine runs scored and five walks.

Pickering went 6.0 innings in a quality start at UW-Whitewater on Friday. He allowed just two runs, one earned, with four hits allowed. He struck out three and left with UWSP in the lead.
