Fris earned a WIAC Title over the week at the WIAC Championships (presented by Culver's). She started the week with a win in the 200-yard IM with a new conference-best time of 2:07.95. She crushed the previous conference and her personal-best time of 2:10.43 from the Wheaton Invitational (Dec. 1-2). OnFriday, she added a fourth-place finish in the 400-yard IM with a time of 4:42.51. On Saturday, Fris logged a second-place finish in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:04.05.

Jamie Pfeifer (Basketball)
Pfeifer scored in double-figures in both games last week for the Pointers. In Wednesday’s win at UW-Eau Claire, she scored 13 points and grabbed eight rebounds. She was again in double figures on Saturday versus UW-Oshkosh with 10 points. For the week, she went 5-of-9 from three-point range.
Adyn Theriault (Track & Field)
Theriault logged added two fourth-place finishes at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge. She took fourth in the 60-meter dash with a personal-best time of 7.93 and in the long jump with a personal-best distance of 5.24 meters (17' 2.25").
Lindsey Taylor (Track & Field)
Taylor earned two season-best finishes this past weekend at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge. She took sixth in the long jump with a personal-best mark of 5.00 meters (16' 5") and finished ninth in the triple jump with a personal-best jump of 10.01 meters (32’ 10.25”).
Emma Rockweiler (Tennis)
Rockweiler earned a singles and doubles win in a 6-3 victory over Bethel. She took her No. 6 singles match to a super-breaker. She took the opening set, 6-1. Then in set two, she came up short, 7-5. In the super-breaker, she lost, 10-3. At No. 3 doubles, Rockweiler and Maya Kunze earned an 8-6 win.
