Paulsen improved to 3-0 on the season with a solid 7.1 start to earn the win against #12 UWW on Saturday. He struck out five and did not walk a batter. He gave up just one run as UWSP won the game 2-1.

Comer hit .455 over UWSP’s five games last week as the Pointers went 4-1. He had 10 hits, including two doubles and a home run. He scored 10 runs and drove in three. In Wednesday’s non-conference win at St. Norbert, he scored four runs, drove in two and hit a home run. Comer posted six hits with six runs scored and an RBI in UWSP’s 3-1 series against #12 UWW.
