Winecke won all four of her matches to take the 109 bracket at the NCWWC Regional III Championship on Saturday. She won by fall in her first match and then earned three-straight tech falls.

Annika Horman, Women's Hockey
Horman notched her second-straight two-goal game as UWSP won its regular season finale, 2-1, over visiting Concordia (Wis.) on Tuesday. She put UWSP in front just 4:51 into the first period. Later in the first, Horman caused a turnover in front of the CUW net and fired a shorthanded goal into the net. Her second of the game, and fourth in two games, turned into the game-winner with just 52.8 seconds left in the period.

Kasey Fris, Women's Swimming 
Fris placed top four in seven events to help the women's team finish third place at the WIAC Championship last week.Individually, Fris won the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:04.43, took second place in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 57.45 and finished third place in the 200-yard IM with a time of 2:10.51. On relay teams, Fris picked up a second-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle relay, two third-place finishes in the 400-yard medley relay and the 400-yard freestyle relay and a fourth place finish in the 800-yard freestyle relay. 

Paige Allemann, Women's Track
Allemann had the best individual finish on the day taking second in the 3000-meter run with a time of 10:25.79 at the UWO Titan Challenge on Saturday. Her time was a personal record in the event.
