Krommenakker went 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA in a pair of starts in league play last week. On Monday, he shut out No. 12 UW-Whitewater with 6.0 innings in the league opener. He had one strikeout, scattered seven hits and walked just one. Then on Sunday, he cruised through 6.0 scoreless frames against Finlandia striking out a career-high nine. He gave up just three hits and did not walk a batter. With his two shutout wins, Krommenakker has a league-best 0.36 ERA (with at least 10 IP) and he is the only league hurler with four wins this year.

Lucas Luedtke, Baseball
Luedtke batted .462 in four starts at DH to help the Pointers go 3-1 in league play last week. He hit safely in al four games. In UWSP’s game one win at UW-Whitewater, he had an RBI double in the 4-0 victory. On Sunday, he collected two hits in each win over Finlandia. In game one, he had two hits, including a three-run home run, with four total RBI in the win. In game two, he again had two hits, including a double, drove in one and scored three runs.
 

Jared Schrang, Men's Track
Schrang was the top collegiate finisher in the 400-meter hurdles at the Platteville Opener with a time of 55.79.  That is the top mark in the WIAC and the 25th time in the NCAA.
