Candre hit .615 with five doubles in UWSP’s four games at the Mount Mary Collegiate Slugger Series last week. In the opening game of the week, she went 3-for-4 with two doubles and two runs scored versus Augustana. She hit another double, drew two walks and scored twice in the win over Mount Mary. On Friday, she doubled in both games and had an RBI in each. She also drew two walks versus Augustana. Candre scored two run in three of the four game last week and has scored a run in all eight of UWSP’s games this season.

Thurber placed seventh in the 101 bracket to earn her third-straight All-American honor. She won the seventh-place match on Saturday with an 8-7 decision.
