Klicker hit .615 with eight hits and six runs scored as UWSP opened the season 4-0. Seven of her eight hits were extra-base hits – six doubles and a triple. She drove in two runs, had 16 total bases while slugging 1.231 over the four games. She had a double in the opener and another in game two against Marian. She doubled and tripled in game one against St. Norbert and then hit three doubles in game two versus SNC.

Courtney Leising, Women's Hockey
Leising scored two goals at Concordia on Tuesday. Both goals tied the game in the third period as the Pointers rallied for an overtime win on the road. She added an assist on UWSP’s opening goal as UWSP started to erase a 2-0 deficit in the third. Then she scored to tie the game at 2-2 at 9:05 of the third. After CUW went back in front with 1:16 left in regulation, Leising again tied the game with just 32.2 seconds left. UWSP went on the win in overtime.
 

Makenna Tkach, Softball
Tkach went 2-0 and earned a save on opening weekend to help UWSP start 4-0. She pitched 4.2 innings in relief to earn the win in the season opener. In game two against Marian, she earned the save after three hitless frames to close the game. On Saturday, she pitched 4.0 one-hit, shutout innings in a run-rule win over St. Norbert.

Anna Pilecky, Women's Swimming 
Pilecky won three events for the Pointers at the WIAC Swimming and Diving Championship this past weekend and was named Women's WIAC Swimmer of the Meet. Pilecky broke her own record from 2019 in the 1650-yard freestyle with a time of 17:01.31. She also won the 500-yard freestyle and the 200-yard freestyle with times of 4:57.53 and 1:53.69 respectively. Pilecky also swam a leg in the winning 800-freestyle relay that finished with a time of 7:43.98.
