University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point Athletics

Fader had a seven-point week for the Pointers with six goals and an assist. On Wednesday against UW-Superior, Fader scored two goals including a short-handed goal in the second period that was the eventual game-winner. He also recorded an assist in the game. On Friday, Fader scored a conference-high four goals against UW-Stout, with a hat trick in the second period and one goal in the third period. 

Other Nominees

William Buhler, Men's Swimming
Buhler won the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 58.36 at UWSP's meet against UW-Milwaukee this Saturday. Buhler also swam a 26.07 in the breaststroke leg of the 200-yard medley relay team that finished second place with a time of 1:35.09.
 

Blake Orr, Men's Track and Field
Orr led the way for the Pointers at the Big Dawg Invite.  Orr won the shot put with a seasons best mark of 15.20 meters good for 3^rd in the WIAC and 22^nd nationally.  He was also 2^nd in the weight throw once again with a seasons best of 16.73 meters, the 8^th best mark in the WIAC and 38^th nationally.
