University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point Athletics

Gawlitta posted a double-double in her collegiate debut to lead the Pointers to a 67-49 win at St. Norbert on Friday.  She led the Pointers in points with 11 and rebounds with 12. Seven of her boards were on the offensive glass and she went 5-of-10 shooting from the floor with two assists.

Anna Pilecky, Swimming 
Pilecky won both the 500- and 1000-yard freestyle events at the Gustavus/Minnesota State Tri on Saturday.  He winning time of 10:41.69 in the 1000 was 15 seconds faster than the runner-up and ranks as the 11th fastest time in the nation this season.  In the 500, she also won by a 15-second margin with a time of 5:15.76.

Courtney Leising, Women's Hockey
Leising had a point in all three of the Pointer's games this week. On Wednesday, Leising scored her first collegiate goal in the third period of the 8-0 win over Marian. In the home opener against Saint Scholastica on Friday, she scored another goal to tie the game 3-3 in the third period. On Saturday, Leising picked up an assist to end the weekend.
