Dana Carothers, senior (Burnsville, Minn., / Burnsville), led the Pointers to two conference victories this past weekend at Saint Scholastica. On Friday Carothers notched five shots including the game winner.  Just over two minutes into the game Carothers converted a power-play opportunity into the game winning goal in a 1-0 Pointer win.  On Saturday Carothers again assisted in the opening goal along with another first period goal. Five minutes into the game Carothers assisted on an even-strength strike to give the Pointers an early lead.  With less than a minute left in the first period Carothers assisted on another goal in an eventual 3-2 UWSP win.
